    Refund Policy

    1. Consultation Fees
    All consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed and paid for.

    2. Cancellations
    You may cancel your appointment or reschedule your appointment but no refund will be issued.

    3. No Show
    In the event of a no-show (failure to attend the appointment), no refunds will be issued.

    4. Technical Difficulties
    If you are experiencing technical difficulties that prevent you from attending the online consultation, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and guide you further. We may offer a rescheduled appointment at our discretion.

    5. Exceptional Circumstances
    In case of emergencies, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will review rescheduling requests.

    6. Medical Ineligibility
    If, after the consultation, it is determined that you are not a suitable candidate for treatments, no refunds will be provided for the consultation fee. We may offer alternative treatment advice or refer you to another specialist for further care.

    7. Service Unavailability
    In the unlikely event that the consultation service becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., the unavailability of the doctor, clinic closures, or other logistical issues), we will offer you the option to reschedule the appointment.

    8. Payment Errors
    In cases of duplicate payments, incorrect amounts charged, or other payment-related errors, you must notify us immediately. Once verified, applicable refunds for overpayments will be reviewed.

    9. Third-Party Payment Systems
    If your payment was processed through a third-party system (e.g., credit card providers, digital wallets, or payment gateways), any refund will be processed according to their terms and timelines. We are not responsible for delays or fees imposed by these third-party services.
